Public bug reported:

In a multi-monitor setup with monitors with different pixel density,
it's not possible to have them scaled differently.

Currently this can be enabled with the command:
  gsettings set org.gnome.mutter experimental-features
"['scale-monitor-framebuffer']"

But not enabled by default. Also, in this case the resources aren't
properly scaled and look blurry.
