Also, on the flip side;
S alone can of course not be bound to a shortcut.
A combo such as S + Alt however works fine, and this shortcut is not triggered 
by Alt + §, which means that the double triggering is only one way. S triggers 
paragraph, but paragraph does not trigger s.
