Sorry but I don't know... As I said, I just downloaded dailly leave CD from Ubuntu CDImage, installed ubuntu beaver developer branch, switched on cannonical partners and proposed repositoryes, dist-upgrade and restart... I do not know why debconf.py not visible to python3 interpreter. I just try to install flashplugin-installer and I got that error.
