Public bug reported:

Just an annoying behaviour that causes some of our functionality fail.
We use Docker to run AthenaPDF to generate PDFs and when it fails we get
PDF with this content:

Failed to load: -21 ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED
(https://xxx.xxx.com/controler/action/whatever).

Restarting the service helps. I am not sure what causes it or even how
to diagnose it - there are no network changes as far as I know. This is
not a VirtualBox machine but a Linode shard. Has static IP etc.

After restart it works fine for some time then crashes with an
aforementioned error. I am not a proper administrator so I am not even
sure where to look to see what is causing this behaviour. Any help will
be appreciated.

Ubuntu: 14.10 LTS
Docker version 17.03.1-ce, build c6d412e

** Affects: docker.io (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
