Dear Pedro,

thanks for your swift response and sorry for the delay but it has been
quite hectic at my regular job.

The required answer is in the attached screen-shot, the screen-shot was
taken at exactly 19:00h CET and when I say exactly I mean "exactly" 
(we have here in Belgium something that's called the "speaking clock"
which I've used to get the exact local time)
