I'm experimenting with the tremor plug-in and adding some extra things to it - Making the package was the easiest way to test on my system without messing around with extra prefixes, library dirs, etc.
I can provide files to add an 'ivorbis' option to EXTRA_PLUGINS, if it's wanted?
