Public bug reported:

There is an option in debian/rules to build extra external plug-ins with
gst-plugins-bad. This variable is currently broken, as if you use it,
the debian/control file is overwritten when it writes the extra
information to the control file, instead of being appended to. This can
be seen at the end of line 107 in the debian/rules file, where it has '>
$@' instead of '>> $@'.

I'm sure I don't need to provide a diff for this one character fix :)

** Affects: gst-plugins-bad0.10 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Untriaged
         Status: Unconfirmed
