Public bug reported: Testing the candidate snap for chromium (currently at 62.0.3202.62) in Ubuntu 17.10. Desktop actions (which are displayed in a context menu when right-clicking the chromium icon in the dock) do nothing.
Upon inspection, it turns out snapd strips the corresponding Exec commands from the desktop file it installs in /var/lib/snapd/desktop/applications/ because they reference "chromium- browser", not "chromium". ** Affects: chromium-browser (Ubuntu) Importance: Medium Assignee: Olivier Tilloy (osomon) Status: Fix Committed ** Tags: snap -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1726704 Title: [snap] desktop actions don't work To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/chromium-browser/+bug/1726704/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
