Subject: An eggsellent idea
Get a tea pot that has a built in strainer (even if it just has little
holes to strain). Boil some water (1 cup for each person), throw in a
tea bag or a pack of instant hot chocolate mix for each. CHOCOLATE
MINT TEA is the best!!! Really hides the taste and the mint is
soothing on your stomach.
Take off the burner, chop (rip) up the mushrooms, put in teapot, pour the
tea on top, let sit for about 15 minutes and pour into cups!
You can repeat this with the same mush about an hour later, pour on
more tea. Maybe go a third time but everything will definitely be
extracted that way. Super painless to ingest.
