Because of an upstream problem Lithuanian translation of kde-guidance in Kubuntu Gutsy includes lots of hyeroglypha instead of Lithuanian translations. This basically makes many modules of systemsettings unusable. The upstream problem has been reported here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/kde-guidance/+bug/133315 Lithuanian language pack needs to be regenerated.
