+ Steps to reproduce:
+ 1. Install Ubuntu MATE 16.04 LTS
+ 2. Use it
+ 3. Create PNG image and put it on the Desktop (for example image.png)
+ 4. Change image.png
+ 5. Reboot computer
+ 6. Get high CPU usage on thumbnail creation of the new ~/Desktop/image.png

+ Temporarily solution:
+ Disable thumbnail creation in Caja (Edit|Preferences, Preview, Other
Previewable Files, Show thumnails -> Never).
