Public bug reported:
4.13.0-12-generic
17.10
XPS 9560
Sound works fine, headphones or speakers. I initially thought it didn't,
based on a bug I had experienced days ago in 17.04. I tried closing the
lid and re-opening, but it did nothing. Then I watched a YouTube video
about how to fix sound, and HEARD SOUND.
So I realized the little sound indicator square that pops up when u
press volume up or volume down just isn't "booping" any sound to give
that feedback of the sound level.
Expected behavior: boops when i press volume up or volume down
Happened: no sound upon volume up or down, volume otherwise appears to work
fine.
