hello Franck, hello Hans, thank you for the report. I see a similar issue on Debian sid and buster (the OSGi plugins are not loaded), but not the same error (Manifests not found).
The problem vanishes on Debian (sid and testing) if I rebuild the same version (with debian/1.6.6-1 tag) and install it. So my hope is that this is remediated with a rebuild.
