Don't sync mapnik packages from Debian experimental into Ubuntu, and
especially don't release Ubuntu with them! Or please do and give your
users a bad experience, but then don't leave bugreports unaddressed.

The mapnik family of packages needs to be updated together, and when
they are in Debian experimental the integration between the packages
hasn't been completed yet.

This is at least the second time that Ubuntu is syncing mapnik packages
from Debian experimental without coordinating or at least talking to the
maintainer in Debian and is becoming very tiring.
