Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: debian-installer

I am installing 7.10 using the alternate install desktop CD. Everything
goes smoothly until it starts installing the packages. This goes to ~85%
and then pops up a screen saying approximately "Media change - insert
the following CD: Ubuntu 7.10 Gutsy Install CD". Then it just freezes
because I don't have any other CD to insert and also because the
installer has locked the CD drive so ejecting the old disc is
impossible.

I have checked that the media is fully working.

The (semi-)installed file system does not have grub, so booting from the
hard drive also fails.

** Affects: debian-installer (Ubuntu)
     Importance: High
         Status: New
