This bug seems a duplicate of 153889. Due to a bug, Gutsy offer the chance to
upgrade itself also when all packages are updated. Now a fix should be released
for this issue. Please post a comment in report 153889, if you have issue with
the updated version of Adept (2.1.3-ubuntu17.1).
