Public bug reported: Under ubuntu 7.10, there is an odd issue using the whiteglass pointer. When selecting this pointer under a Compaq v2000z laptop, the color of the pointer is white and transparent. When selecting the pointer under the same generic 7.10 installation on a HP 7100 laptop, the whiteglass pointer is grey in color and translucent.
I have also noticed when you are viewing the pointer, under the Compaq where the pointer is white, the display icon for it where you select what pointer you would like to use is grey, and on the HP where the pointer is grey, the display icon for it where you select it is white. Very frustrating as I would like it white on the HP as well. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New -- whiteglass pointer color is off https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/155842 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
