I have exactly the same problem with linux-image-4.10.0-27-generic (4.10.0-27.30~16.04.2) which was installed recently into Ubuntu 16.04 via linux-image-generic-hwe-16.04.
The problem only occurs after suspend and can be reproduced. With the previous 4.8.0 kernel this did not occur.
