Public bug reported: I have a Lenovo X1 carbon (2017) with both a touchpad and trackpoint. I do not use the touchpad and so have it disabled in my mouse settings in Gnome.
Everything works as expected until I suspend and resume, at which point the touchpad is partly re-enabled. I can move the mouse with it but cannot click or scroll with it. Going in the gnome settings, the touchpad is shown as disabled (as it should be) and so I have to toggle it back on and then back off to have it be disabled again, until the next suspend/resume cycle. I'm using Gnome on up to date Artful with Wayland rather than X. ** Affects: libinput (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1705402 Title: Touchpad re-enables after resume from suspend To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libinput/+bug/1705402/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
