As discussed on irc #ubuntu-bugs, please verify if the CD is error free.
If the CD is error free, please try and get details of your hardware,
for example using an older live-CD. If an older live-CD boots correctly,
please run the command lspci -v > lspci.txt and attach the file lspci.tt
to this bug reprot.
