Public bug reported:

I have installed the jacksum utility for computing checksum hashes.

But the jacksum -h option is unable to work since it is not able to
locate the file "help_en.txt"

I seem to remember it used to work on 12.04 and 15.04/10.

Kindly rebuild the package including the help_en.tx file which helps in
find info on using a certain parameter faster.

Earlier I could query the jacksum utility on using some command line
argument.

e.g.:
$ jacksum -h -a md5

Which would tell me about on using the -a option explicitly about the
md5 hashing algorithm.

** Affects: jacksum (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
