To reproduce use lxqt with an asus v239 hp+ monitor and open lxqt-config
monitor.

I expected all of the text on lxqt-config-montior to be visable in the info
tab. Instead the top half of my monitor name in the info box is cut off but
then is completely there once I resize the window.
