Very same issue on an Asus E202SA. After watching a movie pulseaudio stoped working at the next reboot. Now I must use ALSA, but cannot use headphones o connect to HDI and listen only with the netbook's sound. It is very annoying and disturbing. At best I get this (took a screenshot). Before I got a notice saying that could not connect to the pulseaoudio server... ** Attachment added: "Connecting to pulseaudio, and it takes forever..." https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/1606078/+attachment/4898628/+files/pulseaudio-connecting.png -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1606078 Title: No sound with Ubuntu 16.04 To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/alsa-driver/+bug/1606078/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
