Public bug reported:
All USB ports died randomly, dmesg states "HC died; cleaning up". Users
lose control on machines with USB-keyboards. I'm lucky to work on a
laptop with an integrated keyboard. USB cannot be reset with reloading
the usbhid module. Reboot necessary
