不清楚你们这个问题是基于什么平台提出的。
在ARM里没有用这个PCI_BRIDGE_CTL_VGA。这是x86的架构设计里用来分配IO和memory地址空间的。而ARM世界是没有IO空间的概念的,至于memory空间,也是x86里为了支持legacy
 VGA而一直沿用的技术。具体信息可以看以下的内容。
