Public bug reported: Since upgrading to Ubuntu 17.04 (zesty), okular starts up with an initial window size which is much too small (640x480 pixels, which is tiny on my screen). Each time I invoke okular I first have to adjust the window size to something useable, but the next time I invoke it, the problem returns. This happens even if I run okular as a new test user, without configuration files. It occurs under XFCE4 and Unity, at least (I haven't tried other desktop environments).
