Hi Brian, I tested xl2tpd_1.3.6+dfsg-4ubuntu0.16.04.1_amd64.deb on xenial with NetworkManager-l2tp and I'm no longer able to reproduce the xl2tpd segmentation fault, nor is there any orphaned pppd process (which used to happen after the parent xl2tpd process crashed)
