Yes, Firefox is set to update automatically but doesn’t. Yes I am running UBUNTU 16.04 LTS but no updates have been notified.Thank you for mentioning Dash, as a new Ubuntu user and computer novice I had not heard of it!! However I couldn't find a mention of Software Updates. I have downloaded Firefox 51.0.1 to my download Library but don't know what to do next. Thanks for your patience.
