Hello Robie, >From comment #48: "I have tested both and found no apparent race condition". Sorry for not making myself clear, both here means Yakkety and Xenial. I'm not facing the startup race condition in Xenial (as I was) AND I never faced in Yakkety (likely because the difference of services being started and intermittent behavior for this race). So my verification was to guarantee that the services would come up appropriately on both for a reasonable amount of times (several reboots).
