Hi Krishnaja.
thanks for testing and your report!

I just checked my regular tests that run over and over and none shows
the issue, but looking deeper I think I need to integrate part of your
setup into my cases.

The error as reported is around qemus nbd code, so I compared why this
can happen in your but not my usual cases. I'd assume that is due to
--copy-storage-all in your case which I did not use so far. I wanted to
extend the tests anyway, this might become the bug that forces me to do
so.

>From the man page we learn what the most important info should be:
--copy-storage-all indicates migration with non-shared storage with full disk
copy [...] the disk images have to exist on destination host, the
--copy-storage-... options only tell libvirt to transfer data from the images
on source host to the images found at the same place on the destination host.
By default only non-shared non-readonly images are transferred.

I think I saw BTRFS and many disks in the logs, but not all might be needed.
There are e.g. many ways to prep the target image/paths like in [1],[2] or
otherwise.
So to best recreate your case I wanted to ask if you could provide the
following:
- paths of your guest image file(s) on source
- paths of your guest image file(s) on target
- filesystem/storage setup of the paths those files are in
- Guest XML of the guest you are migrating (to check how many and which mode
disks it has defined)
