I have it set. Just a few notes. - I have set "Turn scree off when inactive for: 5 mins" - And "Lock screen after: 5 mins"
And note that the option is in "Brightness & Lock" options, not in "Power" in the unity settings. Also, one behavior that I noticed is that the screen turns black, but it is not locked. And when it recovers it flickers sometimes.
