Binary package hint: gnome-panel
When internet disconnection occurs, it is not possible to connect again.
The network-manager applet seems not to work anymore, it is not possible
to connect again wired or wireless network, nothing seems to be
recognized. When Ubuntu is rebooted, it works again. It is quite extreme
to be forced to reboot just because of a temporary loss of internet
connection...
