Public bug reported:

When doing a copy/paste of rows only the text information is copied (a
"Text Import" dialog box is displayed which normally wasn't before). If
the copy/paste operation is repeated than the text and calculations are
copied. In fact if the copy (ctl-c) is hit twice and then the paste
(ctl-v) the operation works correctly. Using the Copy/Paste icons shows
the same incorrect behavior.
