Hmmm I'm getting slightly different results when I set my computer into Resume and Hibernate. Resume will not give me a blinking cursor or lag out. It will perform the identical action of "Lock Screen." Hibernate does throw me to a blinking cursor for about 5 seconds. Then it will go to the "Lock Screen" and also have a Keyring password prompt on top of that.
