So we may be able to add the connection_control plugin in a future
update, but probably will not be adding group_replication as it is
"rapid".
Since the outcomes are different we'd track these two items separately.
But since adding group_replication would be an immediate "Won't Fix",
let's save ourselves the effort of creating that one for the sake of it,
and rename this bug to track the addition of connection_control only.
