Public bug reported:

We want to add printing support into the default unity8 experience.

Adding qtubuntu-print as a recommends (which itself recommends
ubuntu-printing-app) adds:
- a printing plugin to Qt, so that when something is printed it is sent via
content-hub to a destination app that is opened in a trust session.
- a destination app, which acts as the print dialog in the trust session for
choosing print options
- a printer queue for hold/release/cancelling jobs
- a notification when something is printed or there is an error on a printer

Note without these packages installed the queue dialog button already in
ubuntu-system-settings will not function.

The MIRs for the extra packages are:
qtubuntu-print: bug 1673809
ubuntu-printing-app: bug 1673808

Having these packages does not adversely affect Unity7 as the qt print plugin
and notifications only occur on unity8. Also the desktop files are not show in
Unity7 (as of silo 2642).

** Affects: unity8-desktop-session (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Branch linked: lp:~ahayzen/unity8-desktop-session/add-printing-
