Public bug reported: Binary package hint: vlc
When using spdif port their is no sound or the sound is very choppy. Located similar bug at videolan project, but it's with alsa.c: http://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/894 One of the posters on ticket 894 stated that he has the same problems with ubuntu 0.8.6 build.
