Another way to look at it is this if you want to break this down into three bug reports. In order of highest importance:
1. GPU Driver Issue 2. Very Slow Boot Up 3. Highest native resolution detected is too low (I thought this was more in line with bug #1 above). The GPU driver issue bothers me the most because once the system boots up, I'm dealing with very poor 3D hardware acceleration and/or the GPU fan constantly spinning for no apparent reason. I can fix bug #3 on my own with tweaking... I merely mentioned it as a possible symptom to bug #1. Also please note that Bugs #1 & #2 were manifested themselves for the most part in Feisty. In Edgy, I had to manually install ATI drivers, but I never had to deal with poor acceleration nor constant fan spinning. Edgy never booted as slow with Feisty does now.
