First note - if all you need is glade support, Anjuta will work fine as long as you do an 'Open With' and choose the second Glade Interface Designer (the one with capitals at the beginning) in the menu - and it will open with the external glade interface designer, rather than using the plugin. You can't create a new glade file either, but you should be able to add it to the project.
However, to apply the build changes that I've made do the following: 1. Apply the debdiff 2. Install the build dependencies for anjuta (sudo apt-get build-dep anjuta) 3. Install the new build dependencies that I added: sudo apt-get install libgladeui-1-dev libsvn-dev binutils-dev libgraphviz3-dev 4. Build the package 'dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot' Once built there will be the debs in the ../ directory which you can install manually. As to this being integrated with Gutsy post its release (all packages have been in a freeze since Monday) - I'm not sure how this is handled, but I believe that depends on the severity. Otherwise if it is upgraded in hardy heron (there is a more recent stable version - 2.2.1) then it will probably be available through gutsy-backports.
