@Alex and everyone affected by the bug. Peter has given a very nice detailed bug report with a known workaround.
Running the following once would ensure that supervisor always come up after a reboot: sudo systemctl enable supervisor The above command is required to be run only once. So, get into a habit of running this command whenever you install Ubuntu 16.04 until the bug is fixed. And, running the following command would bring supervisor up during the current boot: sudo systemctl start supervisor Regards, Aditya -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1594740 Title: Supervisor not enabled or started in Ubuntu 16.04 after installation To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/supervisor/+bug/1594740/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
