We identified that the failing host was on a different (newer) FW level than the working one.
Failing: FW840.40 (SV840_147) Working: FW840.11 (SV840_087) So I upgraded the working one to the same level as the failing one, but the guests are still working fine there. So, on the other system FW840.40 (SV840_147) is working as well.
