Tried workaround mentioned in How do I get a Realtek RTL8723BE wireless card to work? but did not help. Ubuntu is able to find wireless connection at home without any problem. When I go to a library, that's when Ubuntu fails to pick up any wireless network. Rebooted Ubuntu and captured syslog messages when I was in a library.
