Public bug reported: Hello everyone,
sorry i'm very ZERO about linux, eventhougt i'm trying since almost 5 years now to get a linux OS on one of my old PCs, Sony Vaio laptop & DELL DIMENSION 8300. The only thing i can say to help is that i'm trying to install LUBUNTU 16.04 on virtual machins thirst than, on a real one (DELL DIMENSION 8300) & just after i choose the keybord conf (in french), it crashes :-( i must say my keybord is a Logitech wireless touch K400, & (i wonder if it is part of the problem). Last thing, i've tried to install LUBUNTU 14.04.5-desktop-i386.iso on virtual machin, & it works but, when i sayd OK to upgrade to 16.04 it crashes again. So now, i'm gonna install LUBUNTU 14.04 in real on my DELL PC without uprgrades. Thx 4 U'r help & the good job You are doing. Best Regards, Richard DISS.
