Dynamic module packages have been added. Some need to go to main, the
rest to universe.
These should go to Main:
libnginx-mod-http-geoip
libnginx-mod-http-image-filter
libnginx-mod-http-xslt-filter
libnginx-mod-mail
libnginx-mod-stream
