Seth, thanks for reaction. Chromium is in complain mode because it does not want to start if I try to take it in enforced. My Firefox profile is in attachement.
Previously I used an other profile (http://paste.ubuntu.com/23989627/), it let me download sonly to Downloads (Letöltések), upload only from Downloads and Public (Nyilvános) forlders, while now it let me download to and upload from anywhere in my /home.
