Public bug reported:

I'm trying to figure out which Gstreamer plugin to use, to play the old
demo-scene S3M file. Then I remembered that Totem used to have this
auto-installation feature. Sadly, it's not working anymore:
$ totem ANAMNES.S3M
** Message: Missing plugin: gstreamer|1.0|totem|Module Music Format (MOD)
decoder|decoder-audio/x-mod, type=(string)s3m (Module Music Format (MOD)
decoder)
** Message: Automatic missing codec installation not supported (helper script
missing)
