Thanks to Sitsofe Wheeler, Kernel 2.6.20-14 is running well, with the restricted nvidia drivers.
I just typed sudo depmod sudo /etc/init.d/kdm restart and everything worked. I hope this was just an Update-Problem an will no longer appear in the final Release.
