On Precise, you have to install liblxc1 manually for lxc-tests package,
otherwise it will complain about:

sudo kernel@precise:~$ sudo apt-get install lxc-tests
[sudo] password for kernel:

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
