As noted in IRC, paste full process list when it's happening, since none
of the chromium processes in the "grep" list are misbehaving.

$ ps axfwww

And get the end of dmesg

$ dmesg |tail -n 50

Also, the vm swappiness might already be set to "10". It happened at
default 60 at least once.
