I second this. -13 and -14 are totally unusable with my nVidia Corporation Quadro NVS 140M (rev a1). I've still got -12 around, so I've just been booting with that. I suppose I could try envy, but I'd rather have this work with linux-restriced-modules and nvidia-glx-new. Let me know if there's anything I can do to help solve/troubleshoot this.
